Sorry, just a brief interlude before aviate1138 posts a challenge.
Anyone know what this aircraft is? I don't and the caption just says it's German..
The aircraft is a twin-engined aircraft and the control "wheel" would suggest a Focke-Wulf, however the canopy framework does not look like the FW-189. I believe the guys in the cockpit are from the Luftwaffe. Interesting.

I think it is a Focke-Wulf FW-58 Weihe (Harrier).

Does this help? Control column looks similar, as does power control base

Anyway while the FW question rolls on, no reason not to dwell on the next cockpit.

Thanks aviate1138, as you say a very ugly aircraft. This one is somewhat older:-

Time for a clue. This aircraft first appeared in 1915 and saw service on all fronts.

Thanks Mel, you're being very generous! But possibly it also stops you having to say "no, not that one" six times - with my luck.
I posted a cockpit a little earlier this morning thinking it was a newbie for your list as I couldn't see it under North American or Ryan, but there it was under Navion. Apologies to anyone who saw that. I'll try again...

Definitely not on your list, and I'm surprised by that...
