I think that's a PZL-106 Kruk ??

Right on, SinoTC, it is the PZL 106A 'Kruk', predecessor to the much larger 'Dromader'.

Time for a little clue I think!

A popular ultralight aircraft, sold in many countries, but it has a different name when sold in the USA. I will accept either (or better yet, both)!!
