In a sec.
How in the hell are we going to fool Google Images?
I've tried resizing, distorting, b/w-ing, contrasting, cropping, curving, there's no way it doesn't recognize the source image!!!
We're all going to shut down the threads in a couple of years...

Ok, get this, Google Images:

Three screen captures from a video, photomerged.

I saw this many times, and I apparently mixed it up somehow as a French design, an dismissed it. Looked for Big Kermit, Big Frog, Frosch, Grenouille

Considering the range of the tachometer, it must have a Rotax engine...

Various engine options are available (quite a lot, in fact), including a Suzuki, a Jabiru and a Rotax.
Other variants of the plane can mount a HKS, a Simonini, a different Rotax...

Morning Graeme!
Nope, it's European.
If you look closely, the name is right before your eyes...

Hi Reg!
Err... a "derivative", or shall we say a copy?
There's an ongoning debate.
However, it's Italian, and you can make out the logo and name of the manufacturer on the rpm gauge...

Thanks HP,

I agree with you and probably many resident ppruners, that technical picture recognition, without much (or any, for that matter) substance knowledge is against the spirit of this thread. Therefore I post a picture of my own, although the challenge cockpit has been on this thread, but not very recently.

Thereafter, I will refrain from playing unless I can crack the challenge without GiggleImage.

Well said!
Seeing how rewarding it was to analyze the Big Frog cockpit, I fully approve.

A Russian/Soviet Fighter?
