Been working so wasn't here to post a picture.
Now I'm trying to attach a picture but don't seem to be able to do so.
(I'm new at this)
Can anyone tell me how?

Someone else carry on until I've worked things out.

Cheers Dixi.

Wild guess - think it's military, US and is that an old airship hangar? Naval perhaps - Pensacola?

It is a U.S. military field, but it is not naval. Photo was taken in 1934.

Is that the one that landed in a field in Bavaria (Munich) for conversion to a restaurant?

Anyone know why that IL62 has British Aerospace VC10 on its nose?

...found an explanation on the 'net. Allegedly the museum owner who originally imported it thought it would be easier to get a UK airliner through customs than it would a Russian one. A fine tale if true!
