There has been a lot of recent development at this location. The (recent) photo below is the same airport although it may appear differant.

Not Resolute, but it is north of 60. Pacific Western was the major operator into this airport, if that's helpful.
By the way, the operator of the Mossies (B.Mk 35's for those interested in such things) was Spartan Air Services, not Survair. The photo was taken in 1963, the final year of the six year, high level (30k'+) photogrammetry contract of the Canadian Arctic. The guys were waiting for weather to clean up the last of the missing lines.
