It's no wonder NO ONE likes or respects ANY of the heads of department
The truth of the matter is Pilottwo, a small group have had the knives out for around 18 months, haven't they.
Can I tell you that most of the other staff are SICK of listnening to some of the CC ranting about how the company should be run? As if you lot could do better!
The fact is that those in managment are privy to information (that the CC don't have) and make decisions based on this information (which the CC don't have - are you getting this?).
So while a few of you are so quick to lambaste people for the decisions that are made, bear in mind that YOU DONT HAVE ALL OF THE FACTS.
So, that little group who like to gossip, just stick to gossiping about other staff members (which is what some of you seem best at) and leave managing to the managers.

Sympathy to those under the leadership of an insecure, unprofessional leader, who has no respect within the industry due to an attitude problem.
I'd hazard a guess that this person has perhaps one or two stooges, and the dislike and disrespect of everyone else.

Heavy Cargo, would that be show time or show cause time? Did CASA tell you that you have to replace your managers before you fire them?
Oh and if you sold the whole fleet like you said, where are the old planes going and when are the new ones coming?

Be fair, Heavy can't answer when there isn't a reasonable and, more importantly, credible answer to be had.
His silence is deafening, quite unlike the Heavy of old - full of grand predictions, rosy futures, got that sector of aviation by the short and curlies ... etc etc etc.

Yes his days may appear to be numbered, but he has more direction changes then a cyclone, and as such a cyclone can either piss on you and or cause a lot of destruction?
All you can do is heed the warning and be prepared and most of us will come out the other side
Love him or hate him the sad fact is that (please don,t shoot me for saying this) is that the man has or had the resources of wonderful and dedicated staff, pilots to run a very successful business?and Why not, well only NL can answer that, some times you can't get the truth even when you pay extra??
As for regulatory bodies NZ verses OZ , can you fly in NZ and if not who has the tighter regs?
What I fail to understand is why a Man who has so much raw talent is so bent on self destruction.
Most of the people we see around you (Floz senior mang not included) are all good maybe it's the one's working with you that we can't see causing all the grief?

Please forgive me while I may be a little flowery, my speech was from the heart and was not to condemn or to promote our hero Mr NL
I'd be the first to admit that I would not protest to have all knowledge on the rights and wrongs of Air Cargo or pax for that matter, but for some of the nonsense written by some of our more knowing friends on line, well just makes me glad that our pilots have those little boxes,what do you call them GPS's other wise they'd never come home?
Some of us fly planes some manage the show but there seem a few that just stir
After all isan't it what this site is all about Shurly from what I seen so far no one expects the truth
And Nicki I,d take that bet but I think you still owe me from the the last couple?
