That’s hardly the airport’s fault...
England is in lockdown, it’s expected that there would be no flights.

That's no passenger flights.
I imagine European/Maleth will still be doing their cargo flights to China and New York, and Cobham will be doing their FRADU stuff.
Also the biz jets and light aircraft training will carry on and maybe the odd foreign military flight (Oman).
BOH has a lot more stings to its bow than Ryanair and TUI.
