Can anyone add more information about realistic time to command when considering the existing age demographic in the company? (I see the comment above about it is likely to be measured in decades)
I would say 10 years is a fair assessment.
I’ve been in 6 years and expect another couple of years. Prior to the intake from TCX I know folks who were getting it after 5 or 6 years. Like the previous poster said plan on 10 and you shouldn’t be disappointed. I’ve seen the age demographics though and there’s a lot of pilots due to retire towards the end of this decade.

Has anyone heard anything yet after doing the online interview?
Hi! I've just been invited to do a one-way digital interview, which online package would be best to prep for this?pilotaptitudetest, pilotassessment or aviation insider?
Any experiences with any of those?
