CAA data will show you, but always published a month or so in arrears.

The partnership with Wizz will bear many fruits in the coming years, much more than chasing the odd Ryanair route.

Quite some airports thought the same. Poznan, Tirgu Mures, Kosice, Riga, Lublin, Prague, Oslo, Bergen, Dortmund, Trondheim, just to mention the ones which were bases.

I note some are also covered by air Baltic which is expanding , even as it leases aircraft , to cover routes temporarily ( in their view) , lost due to the conflict . But with many having Air baltic , and Ryanair , if Wizzair have not fulfilled promises , is that down to other Airlines, competing on the same routes ?. |

And you could produce a similar list for every other LCC

May be a silly question but what happened with these bases?
Oslo, Trondheim: those cheeky norwegians demanded fair employment practices; Tirgu Mures: got shafted in favor of the nearby Cluj; Dortmund: not suitable to be a base (short runway - A320 only, no A321 + night curfew without exemptions, they close the airport on the hour even if you are already lined up for take-off). Every operator abandoned it as a base, Wizz said hold my beer. Suprise: failure. Lublin, Kosice: only god knows, Wizz was more or less the main operator (DSA beware); Riga, Poznan: god knows why again, long existing, established bases closed after years of extensive operations with 2-3 aircraft (ditto). Wizz only need an airport as long as another one offers more money or they need the capacity to be moved to the next visionary project. See Coventry, Southend, Stansted, Prestwick, Teesside, Bournemouth, Cork and the likes. |
Looks like Wizz have been having a rough time with on time performance recently.
Seems like everyday it’s a constant shuffle of Luton and Gatwick based cabin crews getting taxied up and down to make up the numbers, which inevitably leads to delays. |

Not a great situation.
Something will have to give somewhere. Surprised that looking at the Wizz website, there are no more recruitment days planned for Doncaster, but there are for the other UK bases. |

Currently sat in PMI waiting for the late Wizz back to DSA. Wizz seem to be doing the best they can to keep the show on the road, pax regularly updated, refreshments etc. I guess any recent recruits may not come on line for a few more weeks, until training, clearance complete etc. Time will tell I guess.

I take it you arent recruiting (or involved in a role) for filling vacancies currently? The past six months has been a nightmare for all industries and I include myself as someone with vacancies to fill. Wages have gone up 30-50% and still can't be filled. As for roles which are paid poorly then it will be even harder to attract quality candidates as per other section posts.
And they seem to be running the Cardiff base with no issues. No delays or mass cancelling of the summer schedule. |
Sundays Florida flight was interesting. Something was missed in security and as a result the whole plane was debosrded and put through security again.
it was interesting to see how quickly they can work.. |

Really had to laugh at this article:
https://www.cityam.com/wizz-air-uk-n...aff-shortages/ No flights cancelled and will operate at 100% capacity this summer. Hundreds of passengers at Doncaster will tell a different story. |
If you don't like Wizz Timmy they would be very welcome to come and move back to Teesside.

So does the fact that the chief pilot and the chief purser of Wizz Air UK (not their exact titles but the meaning is the same) resigned.
That number doesn’t include the ones who just stop showing up, with no notice to the company. |

I assume their contract permits this? |
