Grrr Late hours

The Romanian flights late hours are annoying, as they make it harder to get a viewing of these new aircraft at luton, unless you fancy driving round the airport at 10-11 pm

BOEING 737, do you have any idea how many more el al services will be running over Christmas?

BOEING 737-8

Your probably right, probably going to be one of these 1st couple of flights full and then the amount of passengers will decrease, although it may continue to b -e full if the route proves popular- which it probably will

Flight capacity

Do we know what the maximum amount of passengers could be both ways?
BOEING 737 mentioned 148 but is that the same for TAROM ?

I agree with you BOEING, nice to see something a little different once in a while!

Where did u see it from, I got quite a good view from wigmore park, shame it was a little blocked by the new framework!

Can't see it being finished this side of Christmas. Most of the framework is up and part of one side but that is it.

Framework

I agree about christmas seeing as there's probably going to be snow etc Which will slow the construction down even more!

Is there an adult thread for Luton that we can read, please? The juvenile and unpleasantly exenophobic tone here has very little to do with the development of the airport.

Well said Jes, Kind of amusing the "anti foreigner" sentiment to be honest considering there would be no flights at all and no airports for these chaps to be interested in without those pesky foreigners arriving and departing for the last 70 odd years.

Its getting kind of ridiculous to read here, Also the knowledge levels must be quite low. Poland is not a "poor" country, Romania has lots of amazing tourist areas to visit. Hungary has Budapest one of the most popular cities in the world. The list could go on and on with all the Eastern European/Balkan destinations that are served.

Time to grow up and start living in the modern era folks.

So is there any news about the airport or is it all about how 2 guys on here dont like Romanians and how a bigger plane looks nicer then a 737?
