Actually, BA is still pretty flush for cash. That's why they can still afford to fly empty 757s back and forth across the Atlantic under the banner of their wholly owned subsidiary, Open Skies!

If my savings were being eroded to the point where they'd all be gone in 600 days i'd hardly call myself flush.
BA is in a better position than most and will survive this mess but unless Walsh stops this drain of cash reserves soon, in 18 months the situation will be very dire.

How will BA use their terminals this summer when they have both 757s and A32s on Spanish routes (MAD and AGP to name 2). Will the flights operate from different terminals?
Will be very confusing for the passengers!

I think they will probably just tow the A32F around from T5, or simply "base" the relevant airframes at T3 for days/weeks. Easier than moving destinations around as and when required.

TTOB will entre service later in the month im lead to believe.
As for the T3 departures, it will be the same as T1 departures now that are operated by airbus frames. The relevant frame will be based there for the day and swapped around during the night, it could also arrive on T5 remote have pax can bus over from T1 and vice versa.
just FYI T3 flights will be VIE AGP MAD BCN LIS and HEL with the MAD and LIS with a mix of 757 and the odd airbus
VIE will now be a 757 route and NCE moves over to T5 to become a mix of A32X/767
