Well it's certainly been an expensive weekend for TCX at EMA
I counted at least 6 flights with >4hr delays, plus the 'downrange' flights which would also have been delayed >4hrs, plus the engineering costs, plus 2 sets of c.180 passengers put up in the on-site hotels.

Well here is G-WWBM freshly painted into it's new livery. Soon to be G-CHTZ.

There are many reasons operators change reg, to reflect airline or initials
of board or to cover it`s recent past ( previous operator went bust) or previous
operators personalised registration ie: Monarch or Virgin
That is only an idea orf reasons

Well one of them had just got running, operated an outbound flight then hit a flock of racing pigeons on landing back in blighty making it AOG until they could get a new radome delivered and fitted as well as a new windscreen that had cracked.

Thomas Cook confirms Flybe partnership
Well it seems they have publically confirmed the partnership today for the 'mini-hub' at Manchester.
Flybe will be able to connect customers from it's UK domestic services to and from Manchester onto longhaul flights operated by Thomas Cook Airlines from next summer...

Just reading through the previous page I noticed MCO was mentioned and wondered if this was correct or a typo?
I fly to MCO/SFB all the time and its only BA & VS that use MCO although TOM did briefly a few years back. It would seem a bit strange if they were flying to both airports as opposed to just SFB.
Or are TCX leaving SFB for MCO & if so why?

Smartlynx A320 has apparently been confirmed at CWL for Summer 2014 by another source. Its based A321 is going to Stansted along with the flight deck crew. CWL will maintain its TCX cabin crew.
