28th Aug return 11th Sept. is the only rotation I can find on sale, good price to for peak Orlando. TCX usually has one or two flights going through CWL, sometimes originating from another base.

TCX MAN-CUN
Hi. A colleague of mine is due to fly on TCX to Cancun from Manchester on 18th January, flying in one of the premium cabins. She has received notice that her flight is no longer offering this service, I assume due to having to charter in a 3rd party aircraft.
Can anyone give me an idea of the re-arrange aircraft/airline?

There do seem to be a few sub-charters in January, presumably to cover cabin returns.
Some customers are being told Norwegian B787, but, I was under that fleet was already stretched, and, the seat plans for some flights show a 52 row cabin, in a 2-3-2 premium and 2-4-2 economy.

I've just seen it land at LGW and the routing indicates it's come from Tehran, Iran.
I'd take a guess at the kind of flight it's operating but I wouldn't want the men in black suits at the door

Cancellation Policy
Hi
Would appreciate some information from anyone in the know regarding T.C.'s part cancellation policy.
Basic situation is that flights (only) were booked in September 2014 for 4 adults flying GLA - FUE and return next month. Medical issues now mean that 2 of the adults are having to pull out and I'm wondering how best to handle any notification to T.C. re the matter. Their booking confirmation states that:-
"thomascookairlines.com does not allow part cancellations of passengers, dates, times or routes of any flight."
I fully understand that the flight costs are 100% non-refundable and the 2 adults who are not travelling will hopefully be able to claim on their insurance policy but how does T.C. treat the other 2 passengers who are still intending to travel?
Does the entire booking have to be cancelled (with no refunds for anybody) and then re-booked only in the name of the travelling passengers thus incurring another set of flight fees. Or is it simpler (and cheaper) just to advise of the non-travelling pair when we check in at the airport.
Thanks for any information.
