I didn't say they were, as a business...I complemented them mostly. But the livery and the brand name are dreadful. I too am also welcoming them back to bfs and hope they roll out a few more routes in the coming months

Wizz is a good brand name and their livery is no more tacky than the sickly orange of easyjet (which I know was deliberately chosen).
It is subjective, personally I like the branding and certainly have enjoyed the service when I have used them from Liverpool and Luton (much more than I enjoyed the experience of Luton thats for sure).

Any figures published would be audited. Any other course of action could be considered potentially fraudulent.
Their IPO was pulled IIRC due to stock market conditions at the time. The Directors have a fiduciary duty (and many a personal one too) to optimise returns for shareholders. They will float when they can obtain the biggest buck for their bang.
these would be the figures that, as a private company, they are not obliged to publish so how do we know that they are correct? Funny how the passenger numbers keep growing by exactly one million each year. Could be utter fantasy for all we know.
If Wizz are doing so fantastically well then why no investors to their IPO?
A stock market flotation would not be considered remotely possible without maybe 2 years of audited accounts from a reputable accountancy firm. Reputable does not mean some small firm with 5 staff. No bank would want to get involved in working on an IPO until those audited accounts could be delivered to the bank for inclusion in a prospectus.
Hungarian or Jersey law may not require accounts to have been published yet, but I'm certain audited accounts for Wizz exist.
