No doubt if they do commence services from NWI to PLH or NQY it will be combined given most other services from PLH are combined or operate via somewhere else. Interesting to see what the new flybe timetable will have for summer 2006 given that they operate out of NWI and EXT, this may possibly be one of their new routes for next year?

I wish they would take over from 6G on the PLH-CWL-NCL route. 6G seem to be delayed a lot, chop and change their schedules and their timings are bad for business travellers.

IOM-JER-CDG
As metioned in JERSEY, If JER wasn't able to regain a link in LHR with T5 and a 3rd runway, can anyone suggest to the "big cheeses" at WOW to operate a IOM-JER-CDG.
This would connect the two financial islands to a capital city. Not only would this prove good for business passengers but also for leisure passengers being able to connect to lots of international flights??!!
Viable sectors?? What do you think

Im led to believe that there will be minor changes to the route structure. Not alot of major differences i dont think. As far as pulling out of Cardiff? Well, havent heard that one. That would be quite a radical step for ASW management.
A year of consolidation. Apparently.

I could see them succeeding in places where 6G struggled - they could start with NCL from CWL and give Eastern a run for their money!
Plenty of other options including the incredible fact that nobody has picked up CDG, BA always did well there.

There are loads and loads of routes that ASW could (and probably should) be doing.
These are not only from CDF, but from BRS and NQY too. There are plently of routes ex BRS that ASW could pick up on, plenty from CDF (on many routes such as the ones you mention), and also through NQY and PLH. However, the company doesnt want to be as 'hard hitting' as perhaps it should be. Its only a matter of time before others pick up the routes we all know exist.

Flybe BRS-JER
Merchantventuer- Understand that Flybe has no plans to cancel BRS-JER and may be going double daily. BRS may not currently be important to them, but JER certianly is.

Jersey Bristol
uncovered and Merchant Venture.
This might be a combination of things since the biggining of October when the Thomson/Aer Arran stoped the Cardiff route the is still speculation on this route operating for next summer so this might be the reason if flybe gets in quick enough with a secon rotation the Cardiff route if nothing happens in the next month or two that might be a stong connection to Wales via Bristol.
With flybe have spare capicity here and there when they are up to full crew they can slip a rotation in where Air Southwest as Merchant Venture said unless they get more aircraft they have not got the capicity and flexabilty as Flybe.
Roll on for interesting times for 2007 in the U.K. domestic market but there is still time for changes here and there.
