caravan pilot

Hi,

I am a JAA CPL/IR/MEP/MCC pilot with 650 hours total time. That includes 200hours on the cessna caravan. I am looking for a job in africa, on the caravan or other, hoping that my turbine experience could interest some employers. But I find it very hard to get informations about jobs over there. I speak french (mother tongue) and heard it could help.

Any help would be truly appreciated

Does this job site really work?

I was e-mailed and offered a job as a direct result of posting here. Took the job. I'm a little older, well qualified and have 8 years in Africa so maybe the lower qualified first timers have a bit of a rougher go because there's more of you. Post here anyway, continue to network and apply elsewhere but you might get a hit. Good luck.

Cheers

The folks with seaplane ratings may want to try the Seychelles and Maldives. They have a fairly high turnover of pilots and are always looking for floatplane drivers.
