.......and the airlines have long memories and talk to each other! There was a guy at my Virgin interview who had broken one bond to go to another airline and then came to Virgin for the interview...

Flybe do bond and they arrange a loan for you for 13k which they pay back unless you leave before your bond is up (3 years) which is fair. The 13K reduces per month equally over the 3 years.

mmmm thats slightly different to what I thought was the plot....I have no problems with bonding, after all a company has to protect it's assets but my previous company had a legal agreement with me...
