The Chief Inspector of Accidents has ordered that an Inspector's Investigation be conducted into the circumstances of this serious incident. The investigation will work to establish the root cause of the failure of the fuel transfer system to operate correctly.

For the US press release to intimate that the rebuilding of the Iraqi armed forces, especially the logistics arms, was going well was - not to put too fine a point on it - stretching the truth just a little thin.

Dr Chalabi's efforts to smuggle his share of the stolen $8.8 billion were less successful than his effort to convince Dubya that Iraqis would welcome an invasion.

Off for a few days, so time to hand over the baton.

A very close runner up was Darth Nigel:
Iraq's first attempt at spaceflight was off to a rocky start
But the winner in the made me laugh out loud the most was Airborne_Artist:
Neddy's first attempt at watching Basra United's home games without paying was a qualified success.
Thanks to all.
Back to you A_A

(Guy behind is thinking)
It's bad enough him needing anal sex before a jump, but why does he have to sing Abba songs at the height of passion?
