Using inflatable decoy aircraft to fool the hun bombers was a great idea, but filling them with helium caused all sorts of other problems...

After a record 15 minute spark plug and oil change the crew took a quick breather and photo opportunity ... later the text only report stated that claims that the Napier Sabre was complicated to maintain can now be dismissed.

Following on from the Telegraph's suggestion that expensive Typhoons be replaced with Tucano's, Air Cmd decided to explore the possibilities of a cheaper strat AT fleet.

So the biker guy at the airshow sees the CF-104 on full afterburner then he sez "Hold my beer and watch this!"

Unfortunately the Forces special edition of the 'Hairy Bikers do rat packs' has had to be cancelled due to the stars slightly longer than expected wait at Brize for transport.
