Pilot to Nav: listen, pal, I don't care about the mag, and I'll just about tolerate your disgusting habit, but if you ever, ever again look at me while you're doing it, you're toast. Got it?

or:

Now Prune realised that when the nav had texted him to ask if he'd sanitised the cockpit before the padre's air experience flight, he hadn't been referring to air freshener.

Unhappy Err, say again all after Darth?

B@gger.
I'm away from pPrune for a couple of days doing something of a work nature, and come back to discover a c t in the cockpit.

I'm touched. but not as often as I would like...

Oh, and thanks to me Mum, me Dad, all four cats (especially Catfael) and especially to Ivor Biggun, who proved an inspiration and pillar of strength on many a dark night.

Fortunately the F111 wasn't fitted with a Command Ejaculate switch.

OK, I'll get my coat.

OK, just to keep things rolling, I shall again adopt the role of deputy Darth Nigel.

In Miss World order, the 3rd prize is awarded to

rivetjoint with 'Is that a crack on the canopy?'

2nd prize goes to GoSmoke with 'Ere doesn't your daughter have a little dragon tattoo just like this one.........erm......!!'

And the winner is:

ADR, with 'Pilot to Nav: listen, pal, I don't care about the mag, and I'll just about tolerate your disgusting habit, but if you ever, ever again look at me while you're doing it, you're toast. Got it?'

Congratulations to ADR and hope you can find a suitable piccy to set the creative juices flowing once more!

I won again?

Thanks, CB, and congratulations on your fine judgement and perfectly-developed sense of humour!

Right, let's see what we can make of this one:

"So as you see Bloggs, as we approach light speed the Fitzgerald contraction sets in and the aircraft becomes shorter. You'll find your watch has slowed down as well".

Over the years the Japanese had miniaturised many things:

Digital watches, the British motorcycle industry but now things had gone that little bit too far.

With the reduction in size of the new Royal Navy carriers, the design of the FCA has had to be adapted.

OR
[Instructors voice over headset]'Now, Bloggs, as you pull back on the controls, you will see that the nose starts to rise, the airspeed decreases, the VSI starts to indicate a +ve rate of climb and the altimeter increases. Until V2, be ready to abort the take off by closing the throttle, applying maximum effective braking and putting both feet on the ground'

A couple for the Comp!

1) Now that the training wheels had been removed Bloggs felt he was ready to fly with the big boys

2) Bloggs had successfully finished his low level training, now was the time to put it all into practice.

3) Being the newest pilot Bloggs was forced to fly in hand-me-downs

Snoop

Having bullied his way past the anthropomorphic screening, Godzilla decided that maybe he was a little big for the F-16.
