Hi guys,
Anyone has a up-to-date estimation of the Spanish salary ? I heard something around 43k a year plus sector pay but I don't know if it is for full time or 8/4 or 9/3 contracts...
Thanks

With the new deal, for a full time:

Basic Salary full time 2025/2026/2027 assuming inflation 2%
Cpt 147k/158,7k/161,8k
SFO 79,3k/85,6k/87,3k
FO 58,5k/63,2k/64,4k
SO 48,1k/51,9k/53k
Pro rated for 8/4 and 9/3 contracts

Sector pay 2025, also going up next years
83 eur/sector
52
41,5
20,8

Plus allowance for the months off, if on a seasonal contract (most are), eg for a 9/3
16,5k
8,5k
8k
7,5k

Plus other flexible benefits lump sum every year and loyalty bonus and for Cpt and SFO upon seniority (2/5/10 years step).

All in all on a 9/3 contract, 0 year seniority, you can expect about 145k ish as a Cpt, SFO 77k ish, FO 60k ish, SO 45k ish gross, plus overtime

Hello All,

anyone been through the DEC recruitment day yet? I'm wondering if they will be asking technical quesitons on the Airbus, if typed, or is it purely competency based in the interview? Thanks

IFLYyouBREATH 3rd October 2025 11:03

Any insider knowledge whether easyJet will begin recruitment for their 2027 season yet?

Their last recruitment was for UK bases.
Before that it was for Spain bases.

What about Spain / Germany base(s)?

Hello,

I was working for easyJet as an FO in the UK in 2015 under the flexicrew contract. I am trying to get a hold of my payslips from that era, but unfortunately CTC has now changed name multiple times since then, and is now apparently called Acron Aviation. I know this a long shot, but could anyone working for easyJet and currently on this type of contract (is it still called flexicrew?) PM me an e-mail or a phone number of someone I could try to contact, and hope that they still have archives from over 10 years ago?

Thank you for your help.

dirk85 15th April 2026 07:25

Flexicrew has not been existing for years in easyJet

BRI2500 15th April 2026 11:30

Thanks. And isn’t there an equivalent system with Acron Aviation? Their cadets that fly for easyJet are directly hired under a permanent contract?

Officer Cartman 15th April 2026 12:03

All pilots that fly for easyJet are directly employed by easyJet.

Marrakech based pilots are employed via Storm Global.

Continental pilots have been offered a secondment to Marrakech. I couldn’t tell you how well the Storm Global situation is going.

As the poster was referring to working in the UK I’m referring to the UK arm.

That is the intention, for the future, in RAK only. But for now in Morocco only seconded easyJet pilots are used, so not a single Storm or any other agency pilot is flying for easyJet
