Do you know what's next? What type of sim?

Tiempoby 20th May 2013 19:11

DTC for me too.

Been trawling through the other threads for info on this NEC contract. Have seen figures of 33k bandied around for an FO? Possibly a percentage of that?! Possibly a percentage of that and a large contribution for the TR?!!! Please tell me I'm mistaken... It seems like people would be much better of at Jet2 or even God forbid FR, time to command considering, unless there's something I'm missing here [and I truly hope there is]?

I appreciate that for regional and lighter aircraft operators it may well be a different story. Would be nice if someone can throw in the real figures and an idea of sector pay and benefits.

Good luck to everyone.

McMax 20th May 2013 19:33

What about the sim: 737-300 FNPTII?
what kind of stuff during Group exercises?

I didn't even speak about the fact of the non native English...:hmm:
Thanks for answering

Tienpoby i am afraid its like that...
Thats why my fellow ezy capt told he was glad i got PFO.
Anyway good luck to all.

Need a job.

Fair_Weather_Flyer 20th May 2013 21:09

DTC....nice to have passed but still very sceptical. I think that the deal will be a bad one. I do suspect that they still think that they are interviewing starry eyed kids willing to do anything to fly an Airbus. I always was a cynic and have mostly been proved right.

Guy of Gisborne 20th May 2013 21:09

Don't take this as gospel but, it's normal EJ pay but a 75% contract on offer - 100% summer 50% winter. Permanent employment at 75% of 44k for FO.
Plus you also get the sector pay. As for the TR, I've no idea how they expect that to be funded. Could be self funded or perhaps deducted from salary.

proda 20th May 2013 21:14

DTC... :)
2500 TT
2200 turboprop

airbuske 20th May 2013 21:17

DTC, indeed, before we get ourselves hotel nights, airline tickets and off days it might be good to know what kind of salary, cost of TR, etc is offered. Paying 30k-40k for a TR and 3k gross a month might not be worth the trouble.:ugh:

f27m50 20th May 2013 21:26
