They found some guys for questionable T&C´s!!
Again, our management will shake their hands and laugh about those smart pilots. And THEY make money on that contract! Another battle lost! But, I am told, we have our powder dry for the next one! Ha, ha! |
Yea, makes me wonder a bit. BALPA CLEARLY pointed out some quite big issues and "holes" in the so called contract for India. Still people signed up. They did not even have to read the through the contract, it was all laid out to the members by BALPA. "Life style opportunity" my a**!

Well well.
68% yes vote, pretty conclusive. |
Albertoli,
as usual, you are not following the thread closely. If you quote the 68% as a fix number, you obviously did not read my posting, that lot of overseas votes did not get to the BALPA HQ. I am sure, if all european votes received, the figure 68% would not be valid! For sure less! But doesn´t matter anymore. |
albertoli
Gloat if you like, all the result shows is that a majority of EZY pilots (though perhaps a smaller majority than 68%, as Kraut has explained) agree with the idea that they ought to be satisfied with their terms and conditions. Since we've now demonstrated that you are right, can you now please STFU, go away, and let grownups who actually give a f*** about EZY have their own discussion. |
....and (but) it was 68% out of the 67% who voted...
"68% yes vote, pretty conclusive. " -..not sure how conclusive that is...:ugh: |
I am not gloating at all at the result at all.
Gary Lager There is absolutely no need to be rude, even though I do not agree with some of the threads here I have not been rude to anyone about what they have said. You may be a grown up but you do not appear to be very mature in what you say. Given that you insinuate that you care you have only posted once on this thread. Perhaps it is you that needs to grow up and learn to listen to other people's points of view whether you agree with them or not! When you do it will be nice to hear from you - in a few years time. |
The fact of the matter is.
1. The " union " pushed for this deal. 2. There is a period of economic uncertainty around the corner. 3. Gone are the good old days ( I certainly havent experienced them ) I earn £ 77 000 per annum + sector pay + poor pension contribution + whatever other benefits. S*it life is not bad. Can we all get a reality caption. For all you millitants out there I worked for the military for 14 years and easyjet for 8 years if you are unhappy do yourselves a favour and get a job that you enjoy. Lets not pretend management give a f**k. I certainly dont give a £110000 f**k but I have a grand home life and have a laugh at work. Jesus there a some really awful jobs out there. Incoming |
Apparently the Dutchman is going around some crew rooms (MXP) saying that he wants to stop 5-3-5-4.
Has anyone heard the same, or are the heads still firmly stuck in the sand? |
.
There is a period of economic uncertainty around the corner. 3. Gone are the good old days ( I certainly havent experienced them ) but I have a grand home life and have a laugh at work. Jesus there a some really awful jobs out there. Why not trying to improve my present job?? Anyway, I said it already, our dutch guy got strong due to this paydeal. We will hear more of his "thoughts"! |
You are probably a 737 pilot? If you are on the Airbus, maybe the future will show, that you will not be that often at home!? |
Another thing the Dutch man said it's that nightstop will increase since it will be more efficient for the company.
His words on the roster were: the fixed roster has to go, it doesn't work. In that case I think many of us will also go! Speevy |
In that case I think many of us will also go! You are just a number and you will be replaced as soon as you go ;) |
Who let the child out to play again?
:} |
ezydriver, be careful not to go off topic :)
|
Good idea, maybe I should start one dedicated to yourself, then maybe you will see how you are viewed by your peers.
|
Yep just a number
That's right, but trust me if needed I can find something else...
One of the reasons why many of us are here it's the fixed roster... And it's also the reason why they can replace us so fast! If it's back to ramdon roster do you think they will be able to actract enough "qualified" pilots to keep those a/c flying? Mind the magic word: qualified.. Speevy |
oh yeah, no prob.
At Vueling, Wizzair, Skyeurope, LTE, Air Italy, Jet 2, Aigle Azur, Air Mediterrannée, etc, etc, lots of pilots will be happy to earn more money with EZY, regardless rosters. Aer Arann, Flybe, etc, etc are full of JAR25 pilots looking for a brand new A319 to fly all over europe and north africa :D And remember, EZY will always look for cadets like Zbman (:}) that rapidly become what you call "experienced and qualified pilots". Good nite, Guillaume :O |
So nuageblanc and albertoli? What are you waiting for? Here's your (second?) chance! Provided that you qualify of course, but since you guys 'know it all' that should be not a problem...
Now please get your nappy changed and let the rest of us get back to topic... |
There was a massive amount of Whizz Air guys assessed last year - guess what? They all failed.
Meerly holding the License doesn't make you the preferred candidate. |
