Got invited for an interview with Transavia, new base in BRU. Anyone has any feedback ? 11.000€ gross for a DEC seems low considering taxes over there...

New base in BRU looks good in terms of pay and conditions.
Just one thing… Roster 4 ON-3 OFF makes commuting impossible if not local.
On top of that, 4+3=7 days, exactly one week. This means that days off will always be the same during the week (example Wed,Thu, Fri), all the time. This is strange.

It is not a fixed roster patern. You have 15 days off in a 35days rostering period. (In the Netherlands, BRU could be slightly different) And also they guarantee that you always get at least 3 days off in a row. So on averge in comes down to 4/3. But it is not a fixed patern like in Ryan. You can get 3/3/6/4 for example.

There is also a descend block hour pay. And you have a 13th month pay at the end of the year.

B scale

Be aware, Transavia introduced a B scale. See the following conditions as published at Transavia vacancy site:
Captain B737 BRU

-14 dagen vrij in een roosterperiode van 35 dagen;
-14 days off per 35 working days.

NL contract is 15 days off per 35 working days.

-Minimaal 2 aaneengesloten vrije dagen;
-Minimum 2 days off in a row.

NL contract is 72 hours off.

FYI

No new assessment is planned. Someone that was hired there said that they don't communicate in any way. Seems like they don't know what they are doing there.

Don't expect anything good out of that company.
Being in the ME in constant threat is still better than to deal with those clowns.
