Pilot jobs in the EU
Post Brexit opportunities in Europe?
Anyone know if there are any British pilots (UK only passport) with EASA licences finding jobs in the EU?
If so what are the rules now?

Edited to add - i have seen some ads, mainly from companies based in Germany such as EAT that may specify right to live and work in Germany in lieu of an EU passport . But as Denti wrote below, if you got residence / work paperwork sorted prior to the withdrawal agreement coming into effect, it’s limited to that country and nowhere else.
This is a red herring but recently the pilot hiring situation in the U.K. was pretty good ….Virgin, DHL U.K. , West Atlantic , Jet2 , TUI and BA have all been hiring in recent months ..

An EU passport would be required. Ryanair currency sponsoring EU pilots to work U.K. bases yet no sign of this happening for U.K. pilots to work EU bases. More Brexit winning!

Best option is to get a job based in the RoI and apply for a citizenship once that is possible.

Im afraid the UK is in the same boat as the rest of the world regarding Europe now. Its possible to get residency in a specific EU country much the same way someone from eg Australia would.
