Could someone please explain to me how the payment structure works?
For example, if I join as a SH FO, say in 6 years I go for command, will I be on the payment schedule as a command year 1, or year 6?
And when downgrading after another 6 years to go for long haul RHS, will I then be on the schedule as a year 12 LH FO, or year 1 (effectively either way a chunky pay cut!)
