New UK Trade Union for Pilot, Engineers & Cabin Crew

Saw this online, looks like a promising start to majorly change the narrative.

the more people who pile in the quicker they will be fully operational.

Don't enjoy knocking a new venture but would strongly recommend that you take the wesbite offline and do some remedial work before re-promoting. You may be great advocates, but you definitely need professional help with brand promotion. Sorry!

Promising start? In what way is it promising? Looks like a fishing trip.

Dear me....we all love a good moan that the current offering underperforms, but are even quicker to try and tear down anyone who tries to do anything about it!!

Give 'em a chance for Gods sake! Remember - you ultimately get the representation you deserve.

Have you looked at the website, Nat Zulu? As I said before, I am not questioning their advocacy strengths and, in all sincerity, wish them the best of luck, but the website is distinctly amateurish and does not inspire confidence. Tag lines such as 'uniquely different' need to be defined if they are to have any meaning. Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and poor punctuation (which are, unfortunately, prevalent), create an image of a rushed exercise, as does listing inaccessible ethics guides and codes of conduct. I genuinely hope they take the website down, get some professional assistance and re-launch with something that will put the fear into the competition.

I'm not tearing anyone down. I’m questioning how this is a “promising start?” All I can see is a poorly designed and written website.

Any info about UPECC?

Does anyone have any info about this new Union?

There are a number of us exploring options given the poor performance of a certain Association in our Big Airline.

Is anyone a member? If so, any non-confidential items that you can share?

We’ve looked on the website and the information provided has certainly got our attention….

They're not a registered union.

If you aren't in the BA Lunching Pilots Assocn. Maybe have a look at the IPA. Small but growing amongst big airlines, to such an extent they're looking for a BA Pilot Representative to coordinate and maybe push on further. Ive been impressed in the 6 months or so that ive been in.

Yet. But from what I’ve been told they’re working on it.

Certification on the way

I know plenty of people who have joined. They want something different, inclusive. They also know you cannot magic up and alternative, you have to grow it. Spellings is what we have nit picked below, really....

Take a wide angle HD view, spellings is not what I noticed, I noticed a place where the future might be bright. Ive joined, lots have. Support if you want to insure a realistic option in the future
