It can take several months to get a local contract, as having a local contract and being paid in local currency is dependent on having a local residency permit/work visa.

It actually depends on your origin nationality and target base country. For example, an EU citizen going to EU base will receive a local contract straight away (albeit a training one, after release will be amended).

I would like to know as well, would like to be based there after the academy and cant find much info about it , pilot jobs network says theres no more country multiplier but a specific salary for each country but i cant find what it is....
