I have some good friends employed at J2. They are very critical of management due to the level of communication. In fact they are devoid of any and as with many airline personnel feel like the old saying of being mushrooms, with one exception, not being fed anything. This being a FR thread I will now withdraw.

You're friends are spot on. 24 hours later and still no one has had the balls to say anything. I'm out too, I have no idea why the fan boys decided to attack me in a RYR thread, they can do it in the J2 thread any time they like.

Sorry to burst your bubble Whitemonk, I am not a Ryanair or Norweigen Fanboy, I have no affiliation to either, I really do hope that Jet2 are fine, I would genuinely hate to see anyone lose their jobs, especially in such circumstances. I truly hope the 'proposed' redundancies are just that, but in my experience I seriously doubt it, if I can help anyone I will, even you. You opinions are rather polarised towards Jet2, yes of course you are entitled to it, as well as I. Here is my opinion, the lack of communication from on high, selling the haulage business, word's from those in the know, that for the rest of 2020 to focus on low cost fares, good luck against Ryanair, hoping that 2021 will see a resurgence, is a bit like a bird in a gale, I fear this is just the start, 102 Pilots and 380 Cabin Crew, I feel sorry for them.

Its funny, the majority of flight and cabin crew I speak to are pretty good people, some from all airlines feel they are better than others, sadly some of the guys at Jet2 I have come across, seem to feel they are better than the rest of us. I hate to say it, we all are just worker bees.

I wish you and Jet2 the very best, you'll need it
