I know someone who works there. Some foreign 787 FO's that started training just before the pandemic have been called back a few months ago. They were mostly experienced pilots from other European carriers who were sent on unpaid leave soon after the covid downturn started. They were still in linetraining and mostly had not finished the final linechecks at the time. I heard a story that those called back pilots were a little surprised to learn that they will be paid nothing during ground/sim training and only roughly 1200 EUR gross per month (b2b with agency) until linecheck instead of normal blockhour rate 84 EUR per hour before tax.

They opened recently Direct Entry on the B787, did anyone get invited to the assessment?

How long it takes usually to get an invitation or a reply? If your application doesn’t make it do you still get feedback from them?

Myself, EMB170 (I flew E190) and B737 rated. 1800 TT

Hi. Does anyone know what the current pilot roster for EMB 170/190 and 737 looks like? I mean an example.

Hi, can anyone provide information on how long LOT Crew usually contacts you after applying? I applied on March 25 and still have not received any reply. I know they say they will contact selected candidates only but I am determinded on LOT. I called LOT Crew just to ask them if they received my application and they said they do not give out that information and that they will contact me depending on my experience and total time and that it could be a month or even up to 6 months.

I'm frustrated about the delay because they are supposedly hiring but they don't seem to be in any rush to hire. Now I will apply elsewhere but the anxiety of what if I accept another job somehwere else and then LOT calls me is quite annoying.

This thread was pretty active in 2019 but has been quiet in the last few years... wondering if anyone reading this has any current info on the hiring situation? Was on their website and translated, they accept ICAO ATPL, but not CPL. Just wanted to see if it's worthwhile to even apply, I have an EU passport so have the right to live and work in the EU and typed on a few CS-25 machines, so may consider applying at some point in the future, but don't have an ICAO ATPL yet, still CPL for now...
