How are the terms nowadays, were there any recent adjustments to terms & conditions?
Last time I checked, a train conductor in Switzerland got more net salary compared to a captain at AeroLogic.

Sadly enough the terms and conditions at this company are not as discussed during the interview. They are much worse. Schedule changes upon schedule changes, even schedule changes half an hour before reporting. Your days off are just a floating standby, scheduling does whatever they want to.
And did I mention the fear factor yet? Crew are pressured into accepting trips, or otherwise there will be no upgrade in the future. Colleagues are afraid for their careers, many are running away to Cargolux, KLM or any other company that offers a better deal. And I cannot blame them.

No narrow body captains as the fleet is 777 only
In regards to conditions in the company:
Lowest salary in the DHL Group
Duty plan published around the 16th of each month. Might as well use it to wipe your behind as days off, except GDO, are free for the company to change around. Like being on standby all month. Schedule changes all the time.
Fatigue is a HUGE issue. People are really tired.
Just culture is out the window. Fear factor is a big problem. People are afraid to speak up, afraid for their job, afraid to join the union.
VP of Flight Operations wants us in the Middle East. People are forced to accept flights to Dubai or Bahrein while union has agreed to an opt out.
Many pilots are leaving for better opportunities, captains and FO's
Did I mention fatigue and fear?
Just stay away from this outfit.
