If I would sum up the attrition foreseen here by the gods of PPRuNe (Ryr, NAS, EK, THY, SUNX, QR, WIZZ etc), these would make thousands of pilots. Where will these thousands of pilots actually go?

Hi guys,
Storm Mcginley have offered me a direct(permanent or fixed or whatever you want to call it) FO contract with Ryanair with TFS base. As I'm currently flying for a operator in the UK with a very slow command upgrade I'm tempted to take this offer. I'm only not sure what to expect tax wise.
When I will go to TFS I want to live there as well in order not to waist my time commuting. On the direct FO Ryanair contract where will the company contribute the social security and income tax? Will they pay the social security in Spain or Ireland? If they will pay it in Ireland, how will I be able to go the the doctor in Spain?
Also how much euros after taxes can i expect to take home when living in Spain?

I think it's safe to assume that the very first part of the basic terms & conditions of the contract says you should set up a company in Ireland, no?
So it will be your service company that pays the income tax and social security. The social security is paid in the country where you are based, i.e. Spain. Only people still paying social security in Ireland are those who have done it prior June 2012 and live on grandfather rights.
Your 'Ryanair approved' accountant should sort out the social security payments.
Your income tax will probably fall under the double tax agreement between Ireland and Spain. Both countries may see you a resident for tax purposes. You may have some luck reclaiming taxes from Ireland, but don't hold your breath. It's a dispute that never ends.
Is this question relating to your situation? Just to be sure, if on Storm the connection to Ryanair is: Charlieromeo123 --> Service Company --> Storm McGinley --> Ryanair. About as in-direct it can possibly be. Your Service Company will invoice Storm, receive money, pay taxes/social security and your salary. Storm will locate work for your Service Company, and you are its representative.
As for the income; I would say that 40-45 % of what your service company invoices will go to various taxes. Multiply the expected yearly hours (700-900), your renumeration rate psbh and 0,55 to 0,60.
