If I would sum up the attrition foreseen here by the gods of PPRuNe (Ryr, NAS, EK, THY, SUNX, QR, WIZZ etc), these would make thousands of pilots. Where will these thousands of pilots actually go?
The ironic thing is they move between each of those carriers.
