TOM: Part timers can not work on there off days unless in extenuating circumstances which so far since the merger I haven't heard of once. If they do work, they are paid 1/365th salary per day. Definitely not at the overtime rate.

A pal of mine was talking to a cabin crew member who had been there since year dot, decided to take twenty odd grand in redundancy and because someone got their figures wrong for the summer.The company has asked them back for the summer! How can you get it so wrong? So glad this place doesn't run my company.
