-Two quiz with ATPL kind questions (no big deal; just make sure you are told/ask what time you have to complete the test)
-Psichometric questionnaire (by the way, no time limit)
-Interview with HR lady (Why do you want to work for AB, what you think your working and/or living experience in AB and Latvia will be. What do you think of living in Latvia during the winter, etc)
-Briefing for the sim, in which one of the things asked was Flap Limit Speeds, Gear Down Limit speeds and some other limitations. The session itself. No Autopilot, FD was giving erroneous indications, so I switched it Off. The more challenging bits were an engine failure in the climb and a single eng ILS.

Can't remember much more. It's been a while ....

All the Best

Have a look in the Nordic forums. There is a thread there that has been running for a long time, and should give you lots of information.

You have to use "search", no-one posted for a while, but there is a 45 pages long one in there , on P2 of the search.

Nothing much there that I didn't send you though

Don't forget to take cash with you when you finally go or write out a blank check addressed to Air Baltic.

BE: it may be that they have sold enough 737 TR courses and line training packages to see them through the summer season. Not that I'm being cynical, but...

They told me that too BE. Air Baltic is a TRTO, and took about 10 P2Fs last summer for the season.
