Income Protection for Expats

Hi All,

I am an expat on contract with an overseas Airline. Unfortunately as we are "not locals" our financial cover in case of illness or accident is pathetic.

I have been looking for a good insurance company, or at least any, that will take on an Expat away from hi home country.

Does anyone have any recommendations in this area?

Thanks in Advance

Your best and cheapest option is:

Stay charp and dont up at work.
Stay in good shape and exercise.
Stay away from the oldest profession.
Look left and right or right and left before you cross a street.
Avoid risky sports.

With the money you save from the insurance, get yourself a nice holidays or just save the money for a massive party when you get to get back home

I hope you were being facetious, because that seemed like an honest question.

Maybe you can also advise me on how to stabilize the currency markets and avoid over optimistic management decisions?

Some insurances hace an expat converge. So, you can keep your local policy and pay a bit extra and continue with an overseas coverage. BUPA, SILVER CROSS, ALLIANZ are some of the companies worth looking into? It might vary from country to country but, look into it!
