It may be a bit cold but it's a great place to live - and Finnish girls like British guys because they don't drink quite as much as most Finnish men.

Send the form in and they may give you a job.

The language is impossible - there's no gender (he and she are the same word) and there's no word for please!!!

You should be able to fill in the form with the use of an online dictionary - at least it shows enterprise.

Not surprised, when I went to Scandinavia alcohol was extraordinarily expensive!

Alcohol is not that expensive in Finland unless you drink spirits.

Until the pound sank a beer in the supermarket was cheaper than the UK.

Even some wines were cheaper but it has changed since the pound went down.

It's hard just now on a UK pension but I've got the Finnish girl to work and that makes the situation easier - have to do the cooking though!!!

forget it man

There's one ATR 72 500 received, one 72 200 going away to RAM, same happens again next month.

As per recruitment... forget it man, they asked crew to volunteer for 3 month unpaid leave this winter... that doesn't look like recruitment to come!

bye

The only area with recruitment at the time on ATRs is for Captains and TRE/TRI in Asia!

ATRISGREAT
You remind me of a British comedian Henry Cooper. One of his gags he keeps asking for a drink and some cake, and although he's told several times that there's no cake, he keeps asking for something different with cake. In the end the waiter punches him, and he finally gives in and asks for a piece of cake on its own!
That's you with your two ATR's.

Good luck

ATR jobs or any jobs for that matter are few and far between, have you tried all the ATR outfits in africa yet, least its time on type whilst this recession is happening and some will prob take atr rated drivers with no time on type. Good luck anyway

G-COBO Nice Reg sounds like it was named after Cobo bay in Guernsey, which brings back many happy memories from the 80's .

It was a long time ago, but I'm sure Henry Cooper was a boxer, and Tommy Cooper was the comedian

Does anybody know if Aurigny are recruiting cabin crew at this moment in time, or do they have the required number for the company at this present time.

Thanks

Aurigny not currently recruiting and have a "number of pilots known to them" so looks like any future recruitment is not open either.

I think you will find the comedian was Tommy Cooper. Henry Cooper was a boxer, and though he was up for a laugh, he was known for flooring Cassius Clay.
