Question: What is relationship between Silkair, SIA & SIA Cargo for Pilots?

Can anyone help me understand this?

This question has probably been asked before many times. Just trying to understand the link for pilots among the 3 carriers. Are the 3 carriers linked for pilots? For example, can someone start at Silkair and then jump to SIA or Singapore Cargo upon reaching a certain threshold? Can a senior FO at SIA bid for a DEC slot at Silkair? Do SIA pilots bid for slots at Sing Cargo? If not, is there preferential hiring at SIA and Sing Cargo for Silkair pilots?

I realise SIA has a cadet programme but I was wondering if SIA also sources FOs from other local airlines like Silkair, Jetstar and Tiger. I have seen the SIA adverts for DEC slots but was wondering more about the lower level FO slots and how they source pilots (beyond the cadets).

Thank you for any insight. Happy holidays and Happy New Year!
