Anyone know the chances of the recruitment being opened up to non-rated guys/girls with, say, 1400 hours on jets? Or is this just a top up exercise for this year resulting from the merger?
Am keen to find out more. From the website and general info I'm picking up would seem to be a very good job.
Any heads up most gratefully received.

Hi Londonmet,
Your quoat,
Inside info. Just that I know of the courses that will be going there and from a rough guess there's about 8 per course, min. If there are then a total of 24 pilots being provided from CTC out of their total requirement then it fits to suggest that a lot of their requirement this year will be provided by CTC.

It's not really a more expensive route actually. From what I know of the scheme that is, please correct if i'm wrong.

The lastest company news letter mentions the fact that most of the people being looked out for interview where type rated with type on type. This could negate the amount of CTC cadets being trained or joining the company this year.
