ID and ZED tickets
Hi everybody !
I'm talking about ZED and ID tickets : I think in my Company (Alitalia) it's too much complicated to phisically get those tickets.
We have some automated machines but not all routing are processed.
So sometimes you have to go to an office that's opened only few hours a day and you have to wait in a row for hours.
Moreover, it's compulsory to get refund of unused tickets in that office (and it costs 10 euros...!)
To change this I would like to now how does it work in your Company !
Can anyone tell me...
- your company name
- how do you get ID or ZED tkts
- how do you pay them (cash, c/card ..)
- how can you get refund when tickets are not used
Thanks to all of you !

Tyrolean Vienna
1) Fill in Ticket requisition form or make booking via company website
2) drop same at friendly lady at crew service desk inside crewroom
3) depending on workload wait for Tix or get them thrown into mailbox 10m further / I don't use the service very often so nowadays ETIX is probably preferred
4) cash/credit card accepted
4) for refund send ticket somewhere and get it back with 4,5 EUR deduction per ticket if paid cash or with affiliate company issued credit card or 9 EUR else.
If based outside main base, either do it on a transit in VIE or at company HQ in INN, where there is another travel office or do it by mail.

Hi ETOPS,
Here's my two cents':
1) Spanair.
2) Reservation through dedicated ID reservations number (your call is low priority, so maybe a long wait) or email to Interline dept;
You get your ticket at any JK sales office (just like a regular pax) or it is an e-ticket if you provide a cc when the reservation is made.
3) You can pay any way you like.
4) Full refund of any unused tickets within three months. No penalties apply.
Last but not least, air crew get extra-crew (jumpseat) privileges in-house and on other Spanish carriers.
Hope it helps.
