BA Medium Haul and Short Haul Rosters
Considering applying for BA. Can anyone tell me what the 757/767 rosters would look like for a new FO. Do these routes involve downtime at the destinations? and how many days away?
Also how many days flying are done each month in short haul?
Thanks

I can't comment on the 320 scheds, but they are busy. Then again find a short haul operation that is not.
The 757/767 fleet at BA is gem in my view. A quality mix of short/long haul with the bonus of mixed fleet flying. The variety of flying has something for everyone. As a new guy you will work 3 weekends a month but this can be good trips. You will work 12-14 days a month on average. Trips vary from day trips to 5 day long haul trips. The MAN-JFK is a 7 day.
Over all a good fleet to be on and one that won’t be around forever. This in itself has its benefits . Not sure of how many are being recruited on the fleet. When I joined I thought I would be the last and 30 or so have appeared below me.
Best of luck.
