Any more news for those in the DEP hold pool?
The perceived wisdom still leans towards starting to drain the pool from January.
Does anybody know any more ?

Dep Pond

A handful of DEPs have just jumped out of the pool and started their Airbus refresher training at CTC and Burgess Hill.

wow!
i clicked on this thread to learn about EZ, but instead a good part of the posts were by an infantile with no knowledge of how an airplane works or an airline for that matter.

i feel for you guys that have put up with this.....

nuageblanc..... mate..... learn this before you jump in a cockpit.
the pilot family is a small family. sooner or later you will open your mouth to someone and your idiotic views will be the end of your career.
i know this is probably too big of a concept for you, but no matter how big the airline industry may be, news (bad news) of idiots like you travel fast.

then again, maybe i should say, keep talking like this. maybe once the news is out, there will be one less of you.

you have 367TT..... mymymy i remember those days. i would like to see you in the right seat of a CRJ 200 trying to hand fly. hell, i would like to see you try to manage the AFCS. (did the acronym throw you off?)

students with your TT and your attitude are a recipe for disaster, honestly.

here's a couple of words for you. maybe they are new to you.
HUMILITY
RESPECT
start using them. one day they will save your behind.

and please don't try to post using quotes of what i said.
the #$%^ you use to rationalize your attitude is retarded in itself.
you are wasting pprune's space with you garbage.

while at it, if what i said above has offended anyone you have my deepest apologies (not you nuageblanc) and if you think i have said something that is out of line please pm me (again, not you nuageblanc)

Wink

I beg to differ Nuageblanc
Firstly, before you make a statement like such, you should read the regs that we have to comply with. We CANNOT have 5 consecutive earlies (as you mentioned 4AM) and be back at 1600. The most we can be on duty is 9 hours. That is part of the EZY scheduling agreement.
Best Regards

Having been through the process it really is a case of pot luck when the blower will go and I know thats not what you want to hear but I don't believe anyone could really give any other info. What I can say on a positive note is once the telephone does go things happen so quickly your feet wont touch the ground!!

I'd be surprised if they need any DEC's this time round. The internal pool is stacking up with guys being told no courses until next spring.

Just a really quick question, putting all the cross words etc found on this thread aside,
I have 300 hrs on type (737) and will have 500 by the year end, do I stand a chance of a look in when it comes to selecting candidates for assessment?

With no disrespect intended to my current company, I´m sure EZ is a great environment to be in and I would ideally love to move back home.

Cheers

JAS

Hands up all those that think we should start a survey/vote to see how many of us think that 'whitecloud' is a sad, deluded, angry, jealous, ill-informed and somewhat juvenile youngster with a chip on both shoulders?
Other than that and the fact that he is French, do any of you have any other characteristics you would like to add?
He is so very angry on so very many subjects, amazing!
Get help, whitecloud, or at the very least, stop ranting.
You should be restricted to Jet Blast only.
