I don't know where you have done your training, but if you can tell the difference between a Boeing 737 and an Airbus 320, you probably know more than the training captains in Air Asia, so I wouldn't worry too much. By the way, you should also be able to spell your own name

Hi jetjockey Im not sure the interview for DECs but for DEFO its very simple.You will have to do a written test which incorporates 60 questions(ALL OBJECTIVE).All questions are from the UK ATPL exams(RADIO AIDS,METHEOROLOGY THEORY AND PRACTICAL,A LITTLE BIT OF NAVIGATION,THEORY OF FLIGHT).There after you will have a short interview.AND THERE AFTER BE PREPARED TO PAY RM75K FOR YOUR A320 RATING AND IN 4 MONTHS YOU WILL BE ONLINE.Happy flying
