Can anyone shed some light on the Air Asia Interview for pilots... questions they ask etc

I don't know where you have done your training, but if you can tell the difference between a Boeing 737 and an Airbus 320, you probably know more than the training captains in Air Asia, so I wouldn't worry too much. By the way, you should also be able to spell your own name:)

Hi jetjockey Im not sure the interview for DECs but for DEFO its very simple.You will have to do a written test which incorporates 60 questions(ALL OBJECTIVE).All questions are from the UK ATPL exams(RADIO AIDS,METHEOROLOGY THEORY AND PRACTICAL,A LITTLE BIT OF NAVIGATION,THEORY OF FLIGHT).There after you will have a short interview.AND THERE AFTER BE PREPARED TO PAY RM75K FOR YOUR A320 RATING AND IN 4 MONTHS YOU WILL BE ONLINE.Happy flying:)
