EU-OPS vs Air OPS?
Can somebody please explain to me the difference between EU-OPS and Air OPS? I thought that the Air OPS superseded the EU-OPS, but I'm looking at the Jeppesen Airway Manual for Europe - State Rules and Procedures for France - Airport Operating Minimums, which states:
"French State minimums are in accordance with EU-OPS, Appendix 1 (new) to Ops 1.430. (See ATC pages EU-OPS 1 AERODROME OPERATING MINIMUMS [AOM])."
Is that true?
I couldn't find any mention in the AIP for France.
Thanks!

AIR OPS has superseeded EU OPS, although there are many places where references haven't been updated yet.
The "new" in the reference you provided speaks to the new Appendix 1 to OPS 1.430 that became valid couple of years ago when it superseeded the old one.

Approach Ban Point
FlyingStone, many thanks for your reply. So Appendix 1 (new) is no longer valid?
Specifically I'm trying to determine the approach ban point for France. Despite what it says in the Jeppesen airway manual, I assume it's 1000 ft or FA fix as per CAT.OP.MPA.305.
But shouldn't that be mentioned in the France AIP somewhere?
