Hello,
1. Can you please help me, how I can find in fcom what will happen if we change nav database in flight... fpl will be deleted , hdg come on fcu , but i can't finde that in Fcom?

I find the FCOM descriptions of the FMGC and MCDU extremely hard to navigate and find the information necessary. To answer your question, though...
DSC-22_20-50-10 (Auto Flight - Flight Management - Controls and Indicators - MCDU Page Description)
--> FMS2 Honeywell
--> Aircraft Status Page
Once you've eventually found that, about half way down the page you find:
"CAUTION: Cycling the database erases the primary and secondary flight plans, as well as the stored data. The flight crew must never do this in flight."
Of course, if your airline does not have the Honeywell FMS2, your FCOM might say something different.

Because you forgot to check it during your cockpit prep, are relatively new on the plane, decided to look through the pages in flight and then the euro cent dropped that you had the old database active. Without knowing the procedures and limitations well you flick it over and then BOOM you're in the fun zone! Sh!t happens, it's no big deal.

I imagine it would follow a similar sequence to ABN-22, Loss of FMS Data (Severe Reset).
From the QRH, autopilot / FD selected modes are available immediately following the reset (or database change). In fact, a DB switch is one of the possible consequences of a dual reset.

Just look at the charts. If they haven't been changed since the new database came out then there's no problem, use the old database. i.e. the new database comes out tomorrow 26June. Check all your charts, if none of them are dated 26 JUN 14 or EFF 26 JUN then you are fine using the old database for SID/STARS/APPROACHES (Although not technically legal, the coding in the FMS will still be correct). If you've at least cross checked all the way points and airways and they all match up with the flight plan then your fine.
Far worse to change database and then have to rebuild the entire flight plan from scratch while in flight.

As Fursty Ferret indicated that is in fact in line with a dual FMGC failure or severe reset as the FCOM calls it.
It's still an aeroplane though, will not fall out of the sky.

A320 flap slat physical position check
Hi, In case A320 indication of flap slat is unserviceable or fail in flight, how to confirm the position of flap /slat in flight.
