Quick ques about ILS approach.
This is the simplest picture I could get:

When doing an ILS approach with this course reversal.
I will be flying at point A intercepting my localizer at course 360, then at point B which should be a certain distance from my LOC, I turn on to a HEADING of approx 315, then again on to a heading of 115 where I intercept my localizer inbound course of 180.
Is this right?

Pretty much... Except you would probably fly a radial outbound until some distance from the DME, flying the LOC backwards is somewhat unusual in that situation. Are you referring to a specific approach?
Edit: I didnt even bother checking the exact direction - in all fairness it may be prescribed by the procedure or it may be a standard PANS-OPS reversal (80/260 or 45/180, both 1:15 timing for C and D)

No it's not right LAB. You should be turning on to 135 not 115. I'd suggest working out reciprocals in your head until it becomes second nature. I don't wish to be blunt, but at the end of the day you will have to be on top of these basics because you can't be up there faffing around.
[sorry STBYRUD, we seem to be doing a bit of concurrent editing. Of course he should turn onto 115 if that's prescribed, but that wouldn't be the 45/180 procedure turn being described on the website he got the image from!]

Or, just use the procedure turn numbers on the approach chart.
