G-TAWK was delivered to Thomson today. It arrived in Manchester this morning from Seattle.

Thomson's first B787 is also under going final assembly according to this website.

Already inconsistencies in the livery I see! :ugh:

Slightly bigger "Thomson" titles
Aircraft type underneath registration as apposed to next to it

Recently repainted Boeing 757-200WL, G-OOBH is now Leeds/Bradford based as she positioned in this evening from Birmingham..

G-BYAY also in for paint. They trying to get all the 757's done or something?

I think the plan is to paint as many of the 14 x 757 they plan to keep after 2013 painted as quickly as possible, same will also happen to the 737's ! we've had a mix of liveries for more than 5 years since the merger its time to have just one which the European group is also adopting.

The 757's look really smart in their new livery, but they need the thomson.co.uk painted on the engine covers like the 738's, it just looks like theres something missing.

Only the new, recently delivered 738`s have the website address on the engines. The 738`s repainted in the UK don`t have it. The aircraft type markings are in a different place too. :ugh:

OOBP's the next one in, flies BHX - NWI tonight.

Are any of the remaining 767's due in for painting..?

No I don't think so because they will all be gone by 2015. I may be wrong like.
