Unlucky...
Hail here and I hear rumbles... and some interesting orbits by Heathrow traffic while the holds are occupied by CBs it appears. Missed a pair of Wildcats clattering past just now, look like they are having a westbound jolly down the Thames.

Bit different - noted a Spanish CL-415 on ADSB Exch which had transited from Palma to Madrid a bit earlier on... that's a first for me. Think I've only ever seen one CL-*15, a 415 at the Paris Air Show...
Whilst taking a bracing walk in the countryside south of London earlier today I heard the throaty sound of an approaching aircraft. It 'looked' like a Corsair, minus the kink in the wings and looked like a it was from times past. It didn't show on 3 differing trackers. Around 11am heading Guildford to Redhill at perhaps 1,000ft or so. Any ideas ?

JP G-BKOU out for a bimble from North Weald, currently west of Maidstone. The wind is carrying the noise of Merlins to my appreciative ears, usually can't hear them take off from Biggin chez moi, but today I have...
Yesterday saw a Gulfstream 5 nip over hetre inbound Luton with a reg starting PS- where? Ah, a new (to me) Brazilian sequence. In my day it was all PP- and PT- though I've noticed several PR- bizjets zotting around.

Reminds me of a letter that appeared in Pilot from the late, great Doug Bianchi of Personal Plane Services during the early 1970s. At the bottom there appeared a PS with some further information about his subject. Beneath that came a PPS with which he had followed "that's us"!
Rumbling Cavok Antonov 12 coming overhead London City 1800 this afternoon, Ljubljana to Shannon (and thus possibly on westwards). Totally cloudy of course. As it had passed overhead Paris, routing via overhead London then seems a long way round to get to Shannon.

Rather curious routing into Heathrow tonight by TAP 135Y... everyone else was following standard routings, no cb activity as far as I can see, though it is rather wet.

Hmmm, Scoot B787 out of Gatters (not noticed them before), two Finnair A321s operating BA flights in to Heathrow, and something Antonov this way comes (UR-CAJ)! It's all happening....

Were apparently at the Abingdon Fiesta yesterday along with a Spit and Hurricane.
Well I looked out my bedroom window for ages and saw s*d all..., but did catch Blades on FR24. earlier.
PA474 Lanc was nearby yesterday, but again, no eyeballing of it.
Talk of the Devil! Spitfire MK356 just went over heading north towards Abingdon/Oxford...
