Can anyone confirm the existance of KLM Fokker 70,

PH-*** ?

Sounds to good to be true!!!!!!!

Problems with censoring.

The registration of that previous thread should read Uniform Charlie Kilo.

Very suitable for an F70.

funny aircraft registrations

It was easy to recognize an aircraft from my state's aviation department: N210EC and N10EC. (Ten- e-see). Don't know of another state or country that can work that into the registration.

Talking

There is a waypoint south of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia named ASOLE. The funny thing was listening to the military forces years ago, 1992, going into Mogadishu from Egypt giving estimates "estimating your Asole at ..." The way point still exists and is pronounced by ATC as "a-soley"

C-FROG

Heard this registration while listening to ATC about 2 weeks ago. Pilot initially called up in phonetic language. ATC came back and asked if pilot was serious about his call sign being

"Canadian frog" (C-FROG)!

Naughty C-F ...

How about Athabaska Airway's now defunct S-55T: C-FUNT. With a little bit of black tape it made for a rather rude registration.
